• Team shall consist of Captain and teammates- If you are cooking alone, include another member on your team to receive the general admission entry 

• Entry fee Includes two general admission tickets, two t-shirts, dinner and team sign

• Participants will be provided ribs. (6 slabs) 

• Judges will be using the KCBS scoring system.  

• Unjudged ribs will be served to the general admission.  Committee will provide serving tins with team name on them

• Fires must be charcoal, wood, wood pellet. No gas or electric heat source for cooking or holding. 

• Prizes will be awarded for top finishers.
